What is soft play?
Soft play is an activity designed for small children that allows them to play with soft materials in a safe environment.
Soft play encourages motor development and social skills. Children can work on climbing, stepping, jumping, crawling, and rolling.
Where can you set up?
We can set up both indoors and outdoors.
When setting up outdoors, please remember that the ground must be flat, tidy, and debris-free. The lawn should be mowed two (2) days in advance to avoid possible stains on the equipment.
It can get quite warm in the summer, and we recommend a shaded area so the children do not overheat.
When do you set up for my event?
We will set up 1-2 hours before your event starts. This time is not included in your rental time. We will happily work with you to coordinate our setup and takedown arrival times so we do not cause disruptions on your special day. Time is determined based on the client’s needs, venue access, and our other events on the same day.
Our setup and takedown times will be established during the booking process and may vary based on availability, client needs, and venue access.
Do you require a deposit?
We require a 20% non-refundable retainer to secure your date. The retainer will be deducted from your final balance.
Your date is not reserved until the retainer is paid.
When is the final balance due?
The final balance is due seven (7) days before your event.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
If you need to reschedule or cancel your event, please let us know as soon as possible.
Cancellations less than fourteen (14) days or more prior to the event may attempt to reschedule their event within six (6) months to avoid losing their deposit. We will do our best to accommodate within our availability.
My event is outdoors; what if rain is expected?
In inclement weather (rain, thunder, lightning, etc.), the client is responsible for having an alternative indoor option (or covered outdoor space with walls) for us to set up.
We will not set up if inclement weather is expected. If we cannot set up an alternate location, we will gladly reschedule based on our availability within six (6) months of your event. We can also offer a refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
What are the rules with soft play equipment?
No shoes, sandals, high heels, etc
Barefoot or socks with grip only
No face paint or glitter
No food, drinks or sweets
No sharp objects or horseplay
Keep equipment inside the play area only
Adult supervision is required at all times
